Iβve seen it done, you probably would get away with it but it caught definitely in trouble. I think you are fine if you blur out their name or have their permission, though.
CarKing the 6th of the Abrahamic Caliphate
I was wondering if it would even be a decent idea to post pictures in diplomacy, or if its way too risky for Bytro.

The in-game diplomacy to other players?
Anything, as long as you donβt reveal the playerβs identity should be fine. Ask a mod or look at the TOS if you are not 100% sure of something.
I don't know if I was clear in my post, but I can't send other players pictures of battle plans which I want to do.
You can send images of maps and stuff, if thatβs what you mean. Their units, plans, sure.
CarKing!
He means sending pictures IN diplomacy not of.
Currently you can only message or trade, not send pictures.
Look whoβs the doofus now!
You can send links to image hosting services though.
Unfortunately your recipient can't open them when he's on mobile.
That was not clear! Why would I think of that anyway!Claudio NVKP wrote:

Could easily be mistaken as it being pictures here of him in diplomacy. I thought this was a question and not a suggestion.
That's alright I don't think my original post was descriptive enough, but I feel like nobody at Bytro would want the liability of having potentially inappropriate pictures in diplomacy. Although, I think it would be a game changer (literally) because many of the allies I make don't have Discord or anything to communicate on besides diplomacy so being able to send pictures of battle plans or other in-game activities would be nice. Some people are visual learners, and I've learned the hard way that many players do not perform well when they are simply told with words. Here's an example from IO1919, long story short I hired France (who owned half of Europe) to invade Africa who posed a threat to my ally. I told him to attack Tripoli with his main army and navy, and to set up some units near Benghazi to trick the enemy. Instead of following the basic and helpful instructions (which he agreed to), he invaded heavily fortified Benghazi and Algiers only to get repelled and their coalition fell into a civil war. Now I don't know if that's just an issue with their intelligence, but I have a feeling it would be a little bit easier to communicate these things with a simple drawing instead of writing up paragraphs like I am now.
I agree, especially considering they are fine with changing flag images and images here on the forums anyway. One issue may be intelligence spies receiving images, though..
That might be an issue, but that could also be part of a new espionage update...
The day they update spies in the same day they remove all monetizationβ¦
You're probably right
