Or Just have this available in Private Games only, having the option to enable you to rename your country, and cities/provinces, as well as being able to change the nation map colour.

Renaming
I know that this has been suggested many times before, however, rather than being able to rename things (countries, cities, provinces), exactly as you wish, you have to choose a different option when renaming.
This is the scenario, say you are North USA and you conquer South USA, once South USA has been defeated, a notification will pop-up (like the nuke notification), and ask you if you would like to rename your country, there would then be a list of different names you could pick, rather than being able to put whatever you want.
This could also be used on cities, e.g. if the Russian Empire conquered Leningrad, they would have the option to rename it St. Petersburg etc.
