Renaming Cities

Here's a thought, we can change flags, but not cities, it would be really interesting to change your flag to the Russian empire, and rename leaningrad to Saint Petersburg.

Or if your germany, Sankt Petersburg.

It would add more flavor to the game and would make RP's more realistic.

So, I think we should be able to rename cities
