Research bonus improvements

Hi all,

Very much enjoying this game. I think that the game play could be improved if there were some additional research options that improved the utility of factory/infrastructure upgrades.

Perhaps a civilian upgrade to the country which would allow for faster movement on your core territory or improved recruitment efforts for soldiers or reduced cost to maintain upgrades.

Already talked about. The first two are already in game and the third is just silly.

Mess with the Bill, you get the scorn!

You don't need to sign your name at the bottom of your post we can clearly see you wrote it, this isn't some cheesy Facebook page.

On the other hand, read the gentleman's code thread in off-topic it will make your time here much easier.

The third is essentially in the game as well, if the OP refers to reducing upkeep costs of troops (not really sure what "upgrade maintenance" is).

Upgrading production creates the same effect as reducing upkeep, for anything.

Oh, I thought that was an 'and'.

Don't worry, it was still pretty silly ;)

Also pfkhan, apologies for shooting down your suggestions. Just pointing out why they wouldn't be added to the game, so you're not left with an empty thread and an assumption no one heard you.

No worries!

I searched and didn't see any mention of it, so I thought I'd chip in my two cents.
