Research Queue

I know it would be difficult to combine a research queue with the build queue in the premium account but couldn't it at least get it's own separate queue.

Yeah that would be nice. On the other hand, there's also a certain charm in planning this and making sure research finishes when you can be online to start the next one, no?

There is a research advantage for the people who sit down a figure all that out, true, but sometimes it just doesn't work out for me, especially when I change my research direction because of what I'm seeing. End up setting alarm for two in the morning just to keep it going. And even during the day I have to set a reminder just for that which I have to briefly refocus from what I'm doing. I don't want to have to think about it while offline.

I did a spreadsheet a few years back with Allied doctrine with all the times and costs of everything but that thing got outdated quickly with all the rebalancing tweaks. There are some things the computer should just take care of, especially if paying for the premium account I think.

Sounds like a premium feature, ngl
My father once said this: โ€œIf you donโ€™t know anything, donโ€™t assume you know and donโ€™t say anything you donโ€™t know is trueโ€
I always got annoyed when he said that, but to be honest heโ€™s kinda right if you think about it
Have a good day!

Well, building and unit production queues are premium features, so why wouldnt this be as well?
Stay Sweet!

Wait, so people who pay for premium are now bitching that they donโ€™t get enough of a handicap?

Premium features are one of the candidates to eventually replace gold... so yes, it should be good to buy it. Adding more features to it is commendable, since for many people its features are meh right now. I even thought of removing the province list for non-HC (so you could only go to city production through the map if you don't have HC).

For the record, I'm not opposed to High Command at all, since (contrary to gold/boosters) it has a natural cap on the amount you can spend on a game.

No you canโ€™t replace apples with oranges. The benefits of premium go way beyond the capabilities of people who farm gold one world, spend it the next
