It would have to be an option. Also, and more importantly is it 75% of the country in total or 75% of the country's core provinces?
Mess with the Bill, you get the scorn!
I have a crazy idea and I don't know if this will appeal to you all so here it goes.
When a country is occupied by more than 75% or occupied fully, resistance should sprang up, not rebellion or riots, but actual guerrilla warfare resistance movement againts the occupying nation. This will have some effects on the non-core province or city as follow as well as some suggestions:
-non-core province should have a maximum of 75-85% morale and cannot go above that.
-resistance will start when the nation being occupied is occupied at 75% or fully occupied
-resistance works like spies on both economic and military sabotage.
-activities of the resistance will be recorded in the GW ex.( French resistance destroyed German oil stores in Paris)
-when a non-core province is under 50% units will recieve little damage everyday until the morale is above 50% (armed resistance)
There are ways to squash the resistance as follow:
-using spies on defence mission will prevent resistance activities every day with a 50% chance succes rate.
-use of units to stabilize morale
Now there are some reasons why I had this idea, it's because the militia and even AC are under used, and more ways to use spies, it also good for RP, for me that is.

75% of the country's core province.
Alright. Sounds good. But only as a side option, mind you.
Ok, adds more fun in RP anyway.
I like it. The Germans called the French resistance the Marquis. They would do pretty crazy stuff. Like build a improvised hand grenade. Wait for a German tank to rumble past. They would then run after it, clamber onto it, open the commanders hatch, prime the nade, and then toss it in, close the commanders hatch, and then runaway.
I would like this idea as a side-option, but I would never use it. It would only slow down the game even further, which most new players can't seem to handle.
I originally got the idea for RP reasons, it's true it will slow down the game, your fighting 2 wars in that manner, the enemy within and without.
What I'm still waiting for is when they quit the nonsense of which country your provinces rebel to. I had a northern province in the U.K. rebel and become Turkey's province. Now I have to talk him about it so I can have it backV1nd1cat0r wrote:

Agree, when a province rebel the country they turn to is random, there should be a way for us to manipulate it by using spies, not a random country selector.
