Resources icon/filtering on province list

Very very very often... on the province list we look for provinces with specific resource.

If we have 10 provinces and 5 of them have resources, it's not a problem cause we see everything at once.

Problem is when we have few hundreds of provinces and when filtering for resoruces we get either Rares, either Food, on top and have to scroll down for the rest.

Scroll and scroll and scroll... every time when looking for some other resources than those two.

Solution would be to make small icons, over the resources column, after clicking, it would show just the provinces with this resource.

To gain some space, maybe the star column could be deleted, cause it's rather not used much. I guess I never did use it.

But deleting star column is just additional idea to space-management.
