Retiring Units

By using some resources/or giving them (less than usual) daily upkeep in firm of PENSIONS, units can be retires and can be used to train (increase morale) of similar units.

This can be useful after winning a war with a big country, in which you had lost morale.

Retiring can take time and resources. But the daily upkeep must be lower.

i kinda like reserve units to Shoar up the ranks of weakened Frontline units.
