Rounds are too short

SO I started playing this game about 1-2 weeks ago, I checked the news and in game info, it says the game will end aproximately next month.

It's really bad that any round can end when none of the victory objectives have been met, I think rounds should go undefinately until victory conditions are met, I don't feel like wasting 1 entire month developing my nation if there's a chance the round will end arbitrarily without winning or losing, there's no point.

The game is great.
