Selecting all planes by circling airbase with mouse

You use to be able to select all planes at and/or originating from an airbase by circling the airbase with your mouse. This was very useful for seeing where all your planes associated with that base were (sometimes they get lost in the sauce) and for creating and splitting air stacks in various ways. Would be nice to have it back.
