Self-destruct buildings

A deconstruction function should be made so buildings in provinces cannot be used. So like spending 200 food and 200 manpower to destroy 1 building so the enemy will have to build it themselves.

For exmaple i was about to lose a province and i stopped production just to make them spend resources themselves :)

I agree that there should be a destruction function. The Soviets and the Germans used this tactic extensively throughout the course of the Second World War.

I agree, AI sometimes builds navy bases on land locked lakes. Would be nice to get the resources back AND not build ships by accident when you are building from list of cities. Sometimes players build buildings you will never use and since we dont get a % of their resources when we eliminate players (which is lame), we should get something.
