New Game mode

Max level units (not Elite) for germany. + nuke technology

Max but one for america +nukes

max but 2 for Soviet * 3/2 unit numbers

on HWW map

Germany has africa and europe

Soviet: Asia

America: North South America

Glory to the Union!
Glory to the Red Army!
Glory to the Revolution!
Marshal of the Forum High Command
