Agreed. I've been playing for over 2 years now (active for about 35% of that) and have never used the Pan-Asian doctrine. I tend to prefer smaller maps as it's easier to manage, and there is none of Asia. I can only think of that pacific map, and that's still over 2x the size of the European maps. Asia tends to be a bit neglected in these types of games. Maybe it's just because there wasn't that much happening there in ww2. No big naval invasions and such. This should really change. Many players learn the game by playing on the 22 player Clash of Nations map, which doesn't include any countries with the Pan Asian doctrine. I think the developers should consider including a small map that include a few countries with this doctrine. They could make is similar to the current 50 player Pacific Conquest map, but scale it down a little. Many new players are intimidated by the larger maps, and it would be nice to have a small map to get accustomed to the Pan Asian doctrine.
This as well as the suggestion to add marines are the only suggestions that I actually really believe bytro should add soon. They could both improve the game by tons, but always seem to be overlooked.
