so-called "multiaccounting" got me banned...

This game is great. What's not great is getting falsely banned... 4 times. I have had to make 4 accounts to play this game and If this keeps up I will need a fifth. It seems like every time I play a game I get an email that says "your account has been banned for multiaccounting" when I would never do such a thing. Not only that, but for some reason It gives me a slew of accounts that are either friends or people that I have no idea who they are... no relation to multiaccounting... just now I had to choose whether to ban myself or my friend's account. That's messed up. I need someone's help on this, his account name I believe was xXxMrCleanxXx4 (4 being his 4th account he had to make because we get banned so often, I've gone under numerous names such as "urmomismydad" and my current "st3v3ntheboi")
