Some kind of game boosters abuse

Hi, I'm not really a new player, but i play this game rarely with my friend. Sometimes we might skip half a year between sessions and some new features became a surprise to us. But that is alright, game is constantly developing, etc.

Anyway, I wanted to talk about somethig disturbing that happened to me in my latest session.

Recently I stareted a game, which was beginning as usual: some players dropped instantly, and other, around 4 or 5, continued playing. At some point one of the active players, who seemed like complete noob - lvl.1, no activities on first day, no usefull building, started to expand very rapidly. Very soon i found myself at war with him, with solid advantage on my side. But suddenly, he stated to spawn enourmous amount of units and predict my every move. So, the question is how new player, who registered literally 3 days ago, obtained so many gold and unit cards, so he spawned like 30 aditional units? I know, that new players receive some bonus income and special units, but this is abnormal. Even with these bonuses, he cannot possibly produce so many units by such short period of time.

So, if anyone can explain me, how this is possible except some exploiting or cheating, i would be really grateful.

P.s. That even not considering the fact, he is multiaccounting

P.s.s. No, he is not buying all that staff for real money, I don't believe, anyone would spend 300$ to humiliate random guys in browser game
