Someday, please redo the paths & provinces system

Ok so eventually redo how units travel to provinces and how territories work, like in real world war often these perfect territorial conquered provinces don't look like that in real life eg: US taking the missippi river in the American civil war. (Maybe you could do this in 2.0) you select the province by clicking the little spot on where its located (like it is at the moment) and then you can administer it, when there are no units in the surrounding area what used to be the province area is now yours so it doesn't take forever to conquer everything. please do this it could lead on to allowing encirclements to be added and seasons too, as well as other things

Decent idea. Only issue is that terrain can't be exploited as much
