In the province List it would be useful to sort first by country then by province to be able to shorten the search for appropriate builds, especially as the list gets longer.

I like the idea of a province list, or at least an organization of provinces for trading provinces. In all my games, when I start to get a lot of land (unless I am horribly defeated) and I try to trade with, say, a friend who I am playing with... yeah. It takes a little bit to find the provinces.
You can sort the provinces (that you own) by upgrades, resource output, building production, unit production, or point value.
You can also sort them alphabetically from A-Z, or from Z-A conversely.
I believe that is a lot of power already...

Let's see here... Ah, yes. my calibration metre was 3,407.8 power units off. His real measurement reads approximately 9,487 power units.
