No. Only the level 2 one was multi role. The tank destroyer branch has the same exact tank for tank destroyer lvl 2. Level 3 and level 4 were both self propelled howitzer.

SP Artillery Comintern Doctrine Buff
I think SP Artillery should be buffed. I've looked at the unit information on them, and from level 2 to 4, those SP Artillery models were all used for anti-tank purposes on the Eastern Front. (Against heavy tanks I think, such as the Tiger I.) So not only artillery, but also as anti-tank. Level 5, the S 51 wasn't, because well, it was an experimental gun.
So, perhaps, a 10 or 15 percent damage buff against heavy armor?
The level one SP Artillery, it was rare and a variant of the T-26 tank, so, forget that.

Plus, in this game and for game balancing features, comintern can make them cheaper and sooner.

Soviet artillery wasn't especially GOOD, it was especially MASSIVE. Most other armies had artillery regiments; USSR had artillery divisions and even corpses.

The SU 122(level 3) was "enough to blow the turret off even a Tiger I", and I'm sure it was used in that role. The SU 152(level 4) was used to destroy Panther tanks and Tiger tanks. The SU 152 was used at Kursk against Elefant tank destroyers.vietcong2005 wrote:

A self-propelled howitzer could be used as a well, howitzer. However, then I guess the KV-2 was used only as a bunker-buster? It's literally the level one heavy tank.
