Napalm, I fell in love with you. You reduce the need for investing in troops, you would be a great companion against the enemy of the jungle. Spray, spray far away. Kill the village like bug spray.
Napalm bombers should be an event like the flame tanks. Imagine crop dusters or somethin, not neccesarily killing the units but freezing them or reducing their morale.
I just like things considered war crimes. (Only chemicals nun of that icky stuff)
Flame tanks were already bad enough, such basically weapons should not be full units unless they constitute a full brigade. Not to mention Napalm was only used in like 1944, so they would need to placed later in the research tree anyway, making their usefulness questionable. I mean are you saying planes? Were there really full air wings of napalm bombers in the war?
The P-51 Mustang carried napalm for special ops
That is NOT a full unit that operated on a strategic scales, you could argue that existing units already incorporate this and ignore it. Napalm bombers where not a thing that constituted dozens of planes for an entire army.
