I'm just thinking if Mechanized Infantry and Motorized Infantry can speed boost Infantry, Militia, Anti-tank, Anti-AA, and Artillery. because when in World War 2,they using Vehicle to transport AT,AA and Artillery or Infantry for more faster.

in WW2 Artillery and anti tan guns were not transported by vehicles . They had to be dismantled and then put together again at the front .
As far as your suggestion about motorised infantry goes then motorised infantry is basically soldiers+vehicles .
So adding more soldiers in vehicles (more than what they can carry) does not make sense .

The 5 units you chose can only move at a finite speed - unless on a forced march. If you put them in Jeeps and Trucks they are Motorised Infantry. Alternatively, you can put your Field gun on a Tank chassis or similar and get a Self Propelled Artillery Unit. Tank Busters and SP AA are similar. As for Militia they tended to fight without vehicles but their knowledge of the surrounding hills and forests made them ideally suited to those terrains and that is reflected in their stats already.
