Split Patrol Aircraft from Naval Bomber

Currently, the "Naval Bomber" category try to mix 2 categories of planes :

- Land-based Patrol Aircraft / ASW plane, typically a Catalina

- Carried-based Patrol Aircraft, typically the Dauntless

Unfortunately, since you cannot give a carrier-based aircraft a long range, you end-up with naval bomber who cannot do well 50% of their job and are usually not used much [except when someone HAS to use an aircraft].

The given unit "name" shows this discrepancy

Germany :

Level 1 : Do-17, a land-based bomber

Level 2 : Ju-87C, a carrier-based bomber

Level 3 : FW200 Condor, a land based long range patrol craft

USSR :

Only land based aircraft (maybe the Il-2 could have been converted ?), but they did not operate carriers so understandable

US :

I am not playing anyone using these at the moment

I would be in favor of having :

- A long range patrol craft, with high reco, high ASW/antiship capacity, very bad other capacity

- Current Naval bomber, with a way weaker ASW capacity same for the rest.

Time to research them would be significantely reduced [35% ?] to avoid adding more time on the research tree.
