Splitting the English server into three
There is a huge time difference between the three main regions where English-speaking countries are located
first area : america , canada , Porto rico belize and islands in caribbean like grenada trinidad and tobago jamaica
second area : United kingdom , Ireland , wales , scotland , gibraltar , Malta , south africa and other african countries like nigeria ghana kenya uganda cameroon liberia
third area : australia , new zealand , india , Pakistan , hong kong , singapore , philippinnes , Papua new guinea and other small islands at oceania
While it is very easy to determine when a player is sleeping on other servers, it is very difficult on the English server.

an italian or japanese knows if there are 100 players on map. at least %90 of them will sleep after midnight but at english server it is impossible. There is huge difference between time zones australians americans irish nigerians people from around of all worldBladeFisher wrote:

So surprise attacks mostly dont work and cant sleep properly Why all of them have to play at same server ?

How good is your geography? Japan and Italy are not in the same timezone

japanese play with japanese
italian play with italian at least you know %90 of players live in same time zone at server
you know your opponents will go to bed after midnight at your server in these servers
but at english server , american guy , australian guy , irish guy , nigerian guy , indian guy , jamaican guy playing at same server and sleeping is impossible , you cant know who is living at which time zone
you went to sleep because it is night but american guy ate lunch and watching your provinces while drinking his coffee
english server has totally chaos , sleeping is not a choice

Yes, get that. Observation 90% players are US. Plan accordingly that's my advice.
