Spoils of war

In the game the only reward for a war other than new provinces is some money when the enemy capital falls. In real life there is more taken from a defeated nation, mainly their technology and their resources. I think if a nation has 100,000 food and has its last territory taken from it the victor should get at least half the food from the defeated nation and get one or two technologies that the defeated nation has and you don't.
