GM feature maybe? But instead of having GM features like in S1914, you have it, say, 250 GM for elite AI, and 2500 GM for this and add a unit pack that maybe adds super heavy tanks, more commandos and also paratroopers for 1500 GM. then you can have all the proper aspects of a cold war RP for 4250 GM and then they could make a new map as well(that is GM) which has new boundaries e.g. a world map for 1000 GM.
Also maybe have it so instead of paying 5000 GM for every match, when you buy a feature it is good for, say, 3 matches. And of course HC would get these features for free minus the uses. More people might want to spend GM this way.
