Starting divisions number

Last game i played in December was with normal starting divisions number but now a few days ago i start new game and boom We start like with 100 divisions. What is that ? Cant we back to normal ? This totally loosing some balance in the game i think. When you start to create your new divisions no one care for them ... No one feel effect from that what your new crated army is. Is it a strong infantry or tanks, who care ... They have 100 divisions and can stop everything easy with. You just need a bigger stack ... This i think is totally unbalanced the game and in that moment we create hard new army cuz of food crisis. Im feeling really bad Please think on that cant we back the balance and the old number of starting army because now we loose that balance and all of the game time you have that army who you even cant upgrade because you can't take so much food to do it ... Second think is that when you try to counter enemy army with new created divisions by your side have no effect because enemy come with one stack like 50 divisions and he dont care about your new army. That really will made me to stop playing for now until something is not changed
