Would you like there to be a Strategy & Tactics section in the forums; which would be differentiated from existing sections in that it would, hopefully, be a step beyond the basics of "what things do" but, rather, "how they can be best used and/or dealt with".

Yes please, just like in the S1914 forums. BTW could we have a little counter for our points too? We have one of those in S1914 and it is a nice little doo-hickey.

Sure I would. As long as you don't use it against me. 
Lately, I've been answering Chat questions in the form of short articles that cover many Chat questions in one place. In the process, "Tips" are often included that are of a Strategy & Tactic nature. My only concern is that they might not get noticed among the more mundane threads. (See how I imply my threads are not mundane? lol)
Strategy and Tactics section eh?, very nice. My one tip would be to never sleep...Ever
