Suggestion: reputation effect for dropping out early

I'm playing my 3rd game of Team Up and 3 for 3 I am the only member of my team on my continent who is active in any meaningful way. In my most recent we lost 7 of 9 African players who dropped immediately after hitting the Join button - no builds, no troop movement, no nothing. The other active player conquered an AI province and was never seen again. Just makes it a waste of time to play.

I recall participating in a discussion of this a few years ago. Could we have a rep system of some sort, so that if you drop out of a game within, say, 48 hours, you get a downgrade in your rep. Staying longer enhances your rep. The point being as games get created there can be a minimum rep level which stops those guilty of this poor behaviour from participating. Low reputation can recover by longer participation in games which require a lower rep level, so you can be rehabilitated if your rep has dropped.

This allows the creation of games where you know only players likely to actually play will be allowed to join.

The min. level entry requirement would solve most of this problem,

but sadly, bystro seldom uses that requirement, and when they do,

it is level 8-11 or some such low criteria that a 12 year old could acheive in one game.

The solution is to deduct xp from their rank for each day of inactivity, and a multiplier of the accumulated loss at the end of the game if they are still inactive
