I suggest that the AI nations can go to war with each other without specific cause. Also that you can form alliances with AI nations.Also when you take over a country that you can annex it it it makes the countries provinces core provinces.Another suggestion is that you can create a monarchy or a democracy or a communist state depending on how hard you want war,production,etc to be.Lastly, you can vassel (a holder of land by feudal tenure on conditions of homage and allegiance) a country.
