I feel like these emails are so automated and I feel like a BOT is helping me. I would like to feel that a human is responding to my emails and caring for my bug report.

Don't worry. Our Game Operators actually look through your tickets and respond. Though they sound a little generic, at least we know their here and helping us through multiple bugs. Just can't say what's behind the scenes though

I feel like these emails are so automated and I feel like a BOT is helping me. I would like to feel that a human is responding to my emails and caring for my bug report.
They have stock mail, there is only small part that they accually write, BUTH our lovely Game Operators help you with your problems. They dont put mutch time in writeing replay, they put that time in to helping you. Imagine writeing 500 words mail 50 times per day...

Why can't all emails be like the top one
You didnt ask for in game suport, you reported the bug. They are not developers, their job is to provide you with replay and report bug to those who can fix it.
If you ever need in game suport like multi accaount players, or your units dont work or something, they enter your round and fix it for ya.

Off topic but once i emailed this author and his response came in a DAY and it was SO robotic so i sent an ENRAGED email and ranted, next day he replied and swore he was human lol... i aplogized so much

I am just saying it would be nice to have sound less robotic.
Like was said, we just don’t have the time to hand write 100 custom responses a day. We do try to elaborate when our usual responses don’t give the whole picture.

some responses are human tho bcz a bot cannot give you 10,000 gold for reporting a bug.
