You could decide what Puppet could do
I always got annoyed when he said that, but to be honest he’s kinda right if you think about it
Have a good day!
Hey, so I've been thinking. I think you should add some sort of Surrender button to the game, like when you are at war and your enemy has captured your capital, you have the option to surrender, when the enemy surrenders, something should say like this: (username/country) has taken over your capital, do you wish to surrender, or keep fighting?
If you click surrender, the winning country will get the option to annex you or have you as a puppet, if it's an AI, the AI will automatically annex you. If you click keep fighting, then you would still have a chance to gain back your capital, but if the war has been going on for a very long time, then you will have a chance to give peace negotiations, or continue fighting, for the peace negotiations, this will only be available for player vs player, if it's an AI vs Player, then the peace negotiations will automatically head to the player and the AI will accept the treaty.
I hope you add this suggestion to the game, please respond to this, I hope this gets added.

Everyone thinks puppet is good idea til they become the puppet.
Hahaha that's fine they can leave and I'll keep the AI puppet. A lot more useful than most players.
puppet is not a good idea, open to abuse.
this idea wont work in game because basically they will quit from game and start to another oneNEPTUNE the great wrote:

and I dont understand why people answer to suggestions like that instead of better ones
I like to add something here. I like the part of the surrender button. Together with the idea of limited games for non-payer-player this could boost activity.NEPTUNE the great wrote:

Let's say you are not that much of an enemy/fighter, or RL is suddently too important: after pressing the surrender-button, there could be an automatic AI-takeover.... when I think about it I would suggest a resign-button.
@Hurbala, Directly going AI would be better than passive for 2 days, players killing inactive players would then be killing AI instead, I think this is certainly an option.
It would be too complicated
Hm. I don't think puppeting is a good idea, this is not HOI4; as such, the surrender and just annexation might be a good idea for the accursed inactive horde, or something.NEPTUNE the great wrote:

This also has the benefit of making the people who kill inactives for their bread and butter actually work for it, as an AI will certainly not go down without mildly roughing you up first.Gen. Smit wrote:

Another reason why you should add this to the game is it could boost activity. But, I didn't really think through the puppet idea though.
