taking over AI troops

Currently playing Dawn of the Patriot map and my whole team went inactive. i was suggesting what if you made it where if this happens then you can take over the AI countries troops, because like now there are 4 AI countries team mates full of troops but I'm the only one fighting the full war. i feel like it would level the playing field and the one active person doesn't suffer due to people leaving.
