Tanks in the current comintern doctrine are weak against all other doctrines even in the late game. When in reality, Soviets had better tanks than the allies and axis in the later part of world war 2. i suggest that in the research, comintern tanks would be better in the level 4 or level 5 upgrade which is the late game.

That would require major changes to the Comintern Doctrine because currently, communist troops are cheaper than all the other doctrines, so this would make the Comintern too OP.
You can produce way more at cheaper costs.
Plus Heavy tanks get a big bonus with extra health.
They also deal more damage against heavy armor and can be researched earlier.Tribunate wrote:

Exactly, so they might be slower but they are a force to be reckon with. Just make sure to attach some AA to it and SP rockets.

The Soviets had many tanks and excellent designs. However, when the tanks were actually produced, the tanks had problems with quality. Therefore, Soviet tanks lacked somewhat in quality.

Heavy tanks are boosted for them. That's enough. They probably seem weak to you because you're not using them right.
