Taxes and Government

I think we should have an option to change the taxes in our country, and what the money is used on. Maybe add an extra button next to the diplomacy button that brings up a panel that changes the way your government works. With lower taxes, morale increases faster, but you make less money, and with higher taxes, you make way more money, but morale increases slower, or has a higher chance of suddenly decreasing randomly, and if you don't use your money well and put it into what people need, morale drops faster. You should also read the news every once in a while to see what people want. Just some suggestions
