Try updating your browser and flash/java installations
If that doesn't help try clearing browser cache and/or try another browser
If still no luck, you can submit a bug report through the game.

The ad glitch
Hey this is not a big concern but can you please fix the ad when we play the game. The reason for that is that every so often when I play I get an ad but some I saw some white background that interrupted my game. I'm not angry just a little bit annoyed.
