The town of Valga in Call of War

I am posting this cause i dont understand about one thing in call of war. You see, the town of Valga is officialy an estonian town (yes, latvians do own a small southern part of it called Valka), but it has an estonian name in call of war, it is the administrative center of the county of valga and the majority of people living there are estonian (shouldnt it be an estonian province in call of war then?).

If its part of latvia in this game then shouldnt it be called Valka instead of Valga?

Or maybe there should be two different provinces right next to eachother Valga and Valka (belove it).

Anyways, what i am trying to say is that the call of war administration should choose one of these options to solve this mistake (i suppose).

1) rename the province Valka (since its part of latvia)

2) Change that province to an estonian province (because it is named Valga)

or

3) Create two separate provinces Valga (estonian province) and Valka (latvian province)

Anyways love this game, i am just pointing out a simple mistake/issue because it keeps annoying me.
