The UK in HWW

In my opinion, Great Britain in HWW needs way more infrastructure compared to what it has in-game. England was a country based entirely on it's Railways and ships, so to see such little infrastructure when you start is kinda disheartening, knowing that the entirety of England should have Level 3 Infrastructure from the get-go. Like, Glasgow down should be Lvl 3 infrastructure, because the UK was a locomotive based nation, after all, it is where they broke the steam speed record with the A4 'Mallard'.
