There should be in-game message when someone apply to coalition

There should be in-game messege when someone apply to coalition.

Normally we don't go into coalition without a reason. People apply to join, but we don't know about it until they say this to us or we go into coalition menu.

We should get a message about applying. It could be automatic message sent from player in in-game messages menu, which says "This player did apply to Your coalition". Coalition leaders would get the message
