I wouldnt mind having both! 
It would be very useful for when you need to quickly have a specific time you want to wait.

Time Delay Suggestion
It would be more beneficial using the Time Delay Feature if the Scroll Bar was replaced with being able to Type in the desired Time Delay..I find it difficult to set a good time delay using the scroll bar..For a more accurate Time Delay it would be best to be able to physical type in the desired time. Is it possible to set the time delay before picking a destination?
If not we need that.
I think I am going to survive to the nuclear age in at least one of my games and I want to use the Bomb. (And be able to set a delay so it blows up at four in the morning.

Yes absolutely trying to get those seconds right is murder on the scroll bar ;p

I actually just talked to my friend about this very recently. It is pretty annoying having to have your smaller stacks stack-wiped because of a giant army before your larger army gets there.RisingPact wrote:
