This would be abused.
Someone would find a way to trick the AI into accepting it eventually.
Someone always finds a way to do something they are not supposed to.

Trades with A.I
I said this a few months ago but I'll suggest it again. The A.I should be allowed to accept trades like peace trades more frequently.

Perhaps you can add a system where if you deal enough damage to an ai, are much weaker, and/or pay them resources, they will accept peace.
