Trading countries/ more than one province

I think a good addition to the game would be to be able to trade entire countries you have conquered and or to be able to trade more than one province at a time.

Allowing this would save time and also keep defeated countries in the game because their allies could loan them provinces or country to stay in the game.

Example: if a bigger player has conquered all of Europe, and your allie Australia has conquered the South Pacific, he could offer his European allies the entire country of New Zealand or north Borneo to help his Allie survive and continue to fight.
