I know anyone can play in tutorials , but playing against an experienced player ruins your enjoyment on day one. you have no chance to learn the game as you overwhelmed by heavy tanks, so many fighters and bombers you cant move.. how do you learn if you unable to do anything due to the other guy is experienced and spends lots of money.. I have no reason to try this game again.. not to mention my opponent hock1 appears to have a cheat code as he knew what I was doing before my units were in his sight range.... you want new players, give them a server to play and learn without new players killing them
