Tweak to Alliance & Coalition Customization

Hello soldiers.

As the leader of an alliance and often the creator of coalitions in-game it really bugs me that the flags that can be uploaded to the game always come out super blurry and/or not the right dimensions with blank space even though I am following the dimensions listed.

Is there a way for Bytro to make the uploaded images be able to render in higher quality or not contort them so much?
