Well, maybe you're right but the new Lvl 2 is more expensive but I'm pretty sure it is similar or equal stats to the old unit.

If I’m not mistaken, the RR gun strength is as follows:
Level 1 RRG < Old RRG < Level 2 RRG
Right?

Freezy said that lv2 is slight stronger but more expensive and unlocks later, so op is correct.
