so i while back i suggested the idea what i called anti air radius, basically what the idea was is that whenever enemy planes flew over anti and came into their target range they would sustain damage, as i assumed realistic AA would, however a moderator (forgot your name sorry) pointed out that most AA was light AA 15 to 20MM and didnt have the range to target planes flying over at maxium height, which planes would do when traveling only decending when they entered their action zone, and iam happy about how politely he explained it, he also mentioned that heavy AA on the other hand could target planes flying over at maximum height, so i propse a new unit under the "secret" tab, the Heavy flak 88 AA that does have the radius
Well the 88 is already in the German tech tree, as well as it only being for users of German tech. I like the AA radius though, since AA guns generally are not clumped in one tiny area but spread apart with overlapping fields of fire. Perhaps we could have a small range of, say, 10km or something?
