When you click on a unit(like a battleship or railgun), make it show the name that you gave it as well.
I think the unit name has been removed from the unit detail view with CoW1.5.
And I agree with you, @person3210 it would be better to (still) see the unit name there. Even though of course I recognize the argument of saving space on the unit detail view - that argument isn't strong enough in my opinion.

I like this idea ! Whenever I begin producing carriers and battleships, I always visit the Wikipedia page of such and such navy and look for ideas. As I'm currently playing Spain all my capital ships carry some extremely Catholic names.
Ah, just read in a --> different thread <-- that removal of unit names in the unit detail view was by accident (but bringing it back has low priority, to which I can agree).
I love the unit name thing. When I named one nuclear bomber i named it Go Nukes!!!!!!
