Unit production times not correctly displayed in Research Tree

If I go the the Research Tree, select a technology that I already have achieved, then click on the "i" (info) button next to the unit that tech unlocks, I get a display about that unit. Previously, that dialog box had info for "Max production time" and "Minimum production time". Now the "max" is replaced with "current", but displays no information. "Min" works the same as it always did.

This causes problems in not knowing how developed (what level) a unit building must be for a given unit and level.
