Unrealistic doctrines
Just played in a 22 player game and I found that Libya has the pan asian doctrine when it is nowhere near Asia. Please fix these unrealistic doctrines and make the doctrine assignment more realistic.

I kinda like the pan asian doctrine....but I've given up on looking for any semblance of realism in this game....
imo, having Empire, Libya and South states as pan asian makes for a more interesting map....plus it encourages players to try out the pacific maps.
