Thanks for all the good effort, but....
the new Province administration tab is a sheer horror. You click something, the list jumps. You select something and the list jumps. You select multiple provinces, change some setting (like turn off barracks) and ... the list jumps.
It is unworkable

Too true, it used to do that in the messaging tab. You were typing a message to someone but it then jumped to someone else creating some very awkward moments.
Yeah, you set something to build or produce, or change anything on that province, and it automatically goes down to the bottom. Any idea if the devs will fix it? @comrade dave @Butter Ball Bill @Ellio_98 @GreatbigHippo @Kalantigos @TwistedSister

It will have to get solved. It's a pretty serious issue, and it can scare off potential users (in the tutorial). I bet they're working on it right now. #KeepCalmandCarryOn

This is the single most important feature of High Command for me, after the artillery options, because I am absent a lot.
Definitely not renewing HC if this feature is not improved upon.
Would it be possible to add a arrows to the scroll bar of your provinces? With 800 provinces the barinside the scrolllbar is reduced to a milimeter and if I use it to scroll up or down to a find a certain province (for example a province that has bene hit by sabotage) or if I try to build tanks by selecting provinces on infrastructure it's getting really difecult to scroll down or up slowly without skipping any provinces.
Is this still happening?
I don't seem to be seeing any of this jumping you're talking about (selecting provinces on the map does jump and highlight the selected province at the top of the list, but that's about all I'm getting.
I remember doing this, one time I messaged someone who was online something I meant to message to my friend and ally... he found out that we were attacking him and immediately attacked us. We were only planning to attack him. We were 8 days away from actually doing it... therefore, he outnumbered us both 6 to 1 and 3 to 1 combined.comrade dave wrote:

about the jumping: as soon as you move a planned build up from say position 27 to 26, the list jumps to the top. everytime. so, you have to scroll down again, find the thing, move it up 1 place again, list jumps, scroll back, move up, list jumps, scroll back etc....
