Upgrade Aircraft Transport

You're able to upgrade Transport Ships, why can't we upgrade Aircraft Transport? Moving Rockets and Flying Bombs can take days just to move half way across Europe, and building Infrastructure to make them go faster is too damn expensive. Even in precarious airbases, evacuating expensive planes by air may be impossible and the trucks are too slow to escape most offensive units.
