How would that work? AC are their own unit, they are an AFV, not a damned ambulance.

1. can we can put 2 Infantry/commandos into AC for bigger faster fighting force and/or for moving low moral troops off the front line?

well if you would put 2 units with them you travel at the AC speed instead of walking your fighting stats are the same
and yes we do use them for moving wounded if/when needed

Armoured cars do not transport troops, you'd need an armoured personnel carrier. If you want to transport troops faster, build higher levels of infrastructure.
